It looks like it has a lot of content, but like 90% of the content is horribly uninteresting and takes all the wrong lessons. It's the same thing as Slay the Spire Downfall. People wank Black Reliquary to hell and back but it's not nearly as interesting as it looks like. >And shit like Black Reliquary, despite balance problems, shows how much design space even just the vase game still has to explore. I think it was initially meant to be ambiguous in the comic, but now it's easier to figure out we did now that we know she is an evil bitch. Wait, is she saving her or finishing the ritual herself? She betrayed and killed the priest to steal his soul for the ritual, then killed the sacrifice for more power. You pick either one, and the other one shows up as an enemy. Margaret's lore of being a proud rich sportswoman pissed about eldritch entities spoiling her perfect record was the coolest. I hope it would be Margaret as the playable one and Missandei as the enemy. I want to see confirmation that the crusader answered the call. I want to see all of them return in one form or another, arbalest or musketeer can be an enemy while the other is recruitable. But I guess fighting monsters is more of a side gig for him, and there aren't a lot of crime bosses left after horrible nightmare monsters took over the world. His comic and Crimson Court trinkets imply he has a vendetta against crime bosses.
